Cheesy Ham and Hash Brown Casserole

Reviewed: Dec. 16, 2010
Excellent! Made this for two of my kids' classroom Christmas parties...wow. I couldn't find the amount of shredded parm. needed, so I just sprinkled the "Casserole" shredded cheese mixture on the top of the finished product. Made them ahead of time and popped them in the oven an hour before I had to deliver them to school. Will definitely make this again!

Cake Mix Cookies V

Reviewed: Oct. 25, 2010
I wasn't a big fan of these. The texture was odd for a cookie, and I couldn't get them to look appealing - just looked like strange blobs of cake dough?

Marzetti® Italian Penne Pasta Salad

Reviewed: Oct. 25, 2010
Very good pasta salad, but I would go lighter on the olives next time. They are very salty and can be used sparingly.

Butterscotch Gingerbread Cookies

Very, very, very good. Addictive. Adding pecans or walnuts would be extra yummy.

Bacon and Tomato Cups

Reviewed: Oct. 25, 2010
Very good, lots of compliments from my guests. I did cut the jumbo biscuits into fourths, though, and I used swiss instead of gruyere (less expensive) and placed fresh basil on top - that was the kicker!

Irish Boxty

Reviewed: Mar. 19, 2010
I'm sure this recipe would be FANTASTIC if I had followed it correctly. I tried to shortcut by using fresh refrigerated hashbrowns (Simply Potatoes) instead of grating the raw potato myself. Yuck. It turned out slimy, and then I had to dry the boxty out in a 350 degree oven. My family still liked it, but go with the freshly grated potato!

Hudson's Baked Tilapia with Dill Sauce

Reviewed: Mar. 15, 2010
Super yummy. I used Emeril's Essence seasoning instead of the Cajun seasoning and it was awesome. The dill sauce is fantastic - it really makes the dish special. For those Southerners out there, the dill sauce is just like the delicious dill sauce that Atlanta Bread Company makes and serves with their California Avocado sandwich.

Costas French Market Doughnuts (Beignets)

Reviewed: Feb. 9, 2010
FANTASTIC! Just like Cafe du Monde. Made them for Superbowl Sunday in honor of the saints and all we could say was WOW! Could cut recipe in half and still have a ton of dough and beignets. Thank you, this is wonderful!
