The only changes made to the recipe were: (1) added a handful of fresh chopped spinach with the chopped cilantro, but omitted pine nuts and parsley; (2) used more chickpeas and less black beans; (3) substituted ground chicken for the meat; (4) used Asian white rice, not basmati; (5) topped with a mix of plain yogurt, squeeze of lemon juice, and about 3 tbsp chopped cilantro
