Thank you for this great recipe! I just used 1 cup of sugar and that was sweet enough for me but I don't think another quarter cup would hurt. Next time I think I will add dried cranberries and/or white chocolate chips along with the almonds. I will also divide the dough into 3 logs as the biscotti turned out to be pretty big.

Mmm-Mmm Better Brownies

This recipe was perfect!! I reduced the sugar down to 3/4 C because my family likes brownies not too sweet. I think this will be my default brownie recipe from now on. Thank you so much!

Blueberry Breakfast Sauce

Absolutely delicious! I love the simplicity of this recipe (I used fresh blueberries). The sauce was heavenly over my waffles. This one is a keeper!

Excellent and Healthy Cornbread

Very bland for my taste but the texture is soft. Works well with butter, honey or even jam. I wouldn't eat it on its own though.

Almond Bars

This is excellent! I agree that it is more cakey but the taste is great nevertheless. I think next time I will add a little less of almond extract.

Raisin Buttermilk Coffee Cake

Thank you for the excellent recipe! I followed the directions exactly and the result was a picture perfect, scrumptious coffee cake! The cake was moist and soft and the top was crunchy with nuts and brown sugar. My family loved it. I will definitely make this again.

Whipped Cream Cream Cheese Frosting

This recipe is so simple but so perfect! I followed the recipe exactly and the consistency was just right. Creamy and not too sweet. I used it to frost my carrot cake and it was an instant hit. Thanks!
