Broccoli Cranberry Salad
This is my number one requested dish that I make. Everyone LOVES it! I use Planters Dry Roasted Sunflower Kernels (they come in a small plastic jar) instead of plain salted sunflower seeds and it adds the perfect hint of seasoning to this recipe. Oh, and DON'T sub Miracle Whip for mayonnaise. Not very tasty. That was the only batch I made that didn't get demolished.

Banana Oat Muffins
I was very happy with these. I subbed applesauce and made 1/2 wheat flour as others suggested. They came out plenty moist and fluffy. I also added a 1/2 tsp. almond extract and 2 T. ground flaxseed for fiber. (Next time I want to try all wheat flour and sour the milk to add some fluff.I'll update when I try it.)

Paula's Bread Sticks
These were very good! I didn't have powdered milk so I used a generous dollop of greek yogurt because I had already put the full amount of water in. Also, I don't have a bread maker. I like to do mine the old fashion way by combining the water yeast, and sugar first and let sit for a few minutes. Then I added the rest of the ingredients ( I melted the butter) and finally the flour. I let the dough do a double rise (quick 30 min rise in the bowl then a second rise after they were rolled into sticks). I added a Tbs. or so of garlic powder and some basil. They were devoured!
