About this Cook
Fist of all, I am not an "Expert" cooker, I just LOVE to cook and make different dishes and taste different type of food. And respect others taste for food and recipes. I am a Computer & Network troubleshooter and Musician "Lead Guitar Player" (LOVE THE 80's) Def Leppard, Van Halen, TOTO, Motley Crue and Poison etc. and of course Contemporary Jazz.
My favorite things to cook
Japanese, Italian, French, Mexican. etc...
My cooking triumphs
When Wife, friends, family and guest ask like crazy if I going to cook. And ask me if I can make a certain plate for them.
My cooking tragedies
Burn!!!!! to much salt and or pepper, well I just have to face it, not all the time have to be cookies and cream. Some times I have to throw everything to the garbage can. ;-(

Balsamic Chicken
This recipe was Awesome!! I prepared for my wife, and she was amazed, I do not change anything from the recipe; except be little bit cautious with the balsamic vinegar, or add a little more sugar. Just for my taste.
