Todd's Famous Blueberry Pancakes

I give this 5 stars with 2 easy changes. 1) Use 3/4 cup of blueberries and 2) add 1 tsp of almond extract. Delicious! I have made this recipe half a dozen times and I never wait an hour, the pancakes still taste great. My only complaint is the serving size - it actually only makes about 8 small pancakes, which is only 2 servings in my household!

Cheese Fondue

This was my first time making fondue so I was a bit nervous, but it was absolutely delicious! Everyone at my dinner party loved it. I didn't find the fondue lumpy at all.

Orange Drop Cookies II

I followed the instructions exactly and the cookies ran all over the pan. Even after 11 min they were still raw in the middle. Complete waste of time.
