Bread Pudding II
Made the recipe with 3 eggs as most posters had mentioned and the two sugars. Made it in a bundt pan for more crispy parts. It turned out really good.

Rum Sauce
It was tasty but a bit pale in colour. I used 2% milk and light rum. Next time I will use whole milk or half-and-half and I will cook the butter, sugar and cornstarch a little longer to caramelize it before adding the milk. It took 10 minutes to thicken up as I kept the heat close to medium but it worked well.

Pork Roast With The World's Best Pork Loin Rub
Quite good, a bit sweet for me for a tenderloin but I think it would stand up nicely for barbecueing.
