About this Cook
My favorite things to cook
Everything sweet, pork roasts, stuffed chicken breast
My favorite family cooking traditions
Baking cookies with my boys. They love to help "roll" the cookies into balls before we put them in the oven. They always come out the perfect shape!
My cooking triumphs
I recently made a 3-tier baby shower cake. It was my first time taking on such a big challenge, and I was very pleased with the way it turned out! Got so many compliments on it.
My cooking tragedies
Once I made a beautiful cheesecake for a get-together with friends. Before I put it in the oven, I had baked lunch at a much higher temperature. I failed to set the oven lower, and burned the outside of the cheesecake, while the inside was still liquidy. That was not a fun time!

Spinach Stuffed Chicken Breast
This was heavenly! I also added feta cheese and used monterey jack instead of the pepperjack. Very easy to make, and delish!!

Cappuccino Muffins
These muffins are amazing! Everywhere I take them, they are a hit. Even those who don't like the taste of coffee love these muffins. The only thing I added was some large crystal sugar sprinkles for a perfect finish.

Black Bean, Corn and Turkey Chili
This was a nice addition to my recipe box. My husband LOVED this chili, and he does not like black beans! You can also do this in the crock-pot...I browned the turkey, and then put all ingredients into the crock-pot. Cook on low all day, or on high for 3-4 hours.
