Amish Macaroni Salad
Do not make the mistake I did...do not sub celery salt for celery seed (I didn't add the other salt)...waaayyyyy too salty. The 2+ tablespoons vinegar was too much as well ( and I like vinegar). Next time I won't add any salt or vinegar...just that which comes with the relish. Otherwise quite tasty (with @ 2 tbsp. Sugar only)

Pumpkin Waffles with Apple Cider Syrup
Great! I used a can of pumpkin puree and a can of evaporated milk...no butter. Turned out perfect. Doubled in cinnamon

Mexican Bean Salad
Fantastic!! I halved the oil (substituted canola as I don't care for olive oil flavor)...added half a can of garbanzo beans (to use them up), otherwise followed the recipe exactly. Took a bite...love it. Can't wait to have it tomorrow for lunch
