Garlic Green Beans

I've been using this recipe for over a year now and it is a HUGE hit with my family! Even my picky eater loves her garlic green beans! However, I do a few things differently. I use 2T. Smart Balance butter in place of the olive oil; I add 3T. minced garlic and let it brown slightly; I do not use any water, (unless I have fresh green beans) I let my frozen green beans cook down and the moisture from them is plenty. I then add salt and pepper while I'm sauteeing them. I also carmalize them, like you would onions. Very yummy recipe!

Mushroom Onion Rice

I have this recipe, but it's just a little different. My family loves it! I use 1 stick of butter (cut up) instead of 2 T. & 1 can of chicken broth (instead of 2c. water). Everyone asks for the recipe! Dump it all into an oblong, uncovered dish and bake at 350 for 45 minutes.

Creamy Cajun Shrimp Pasta

Salisbury Steak

My family absolutly LOVES this recipe!!! Even my 3-year-old ate every bite! (Which is pretty amazing considering she only eats chicken nuggets and P,B&J's at the moment!:-) The gravy was what made this taste sooooo good! This is THE BEST salisbury steak I have ever had!
