I only gave it four stars because I thought it could use some improvements. Over all it is a great basic recie that you can tailor to your tastes. First I cooked the onions and celery in garlic, leftover bacon fat and cumin. Once everything was cooked, I added cilantro to the blending mixture. I left the mixture somewhat chunky and only used half of the chicken broth so the soup would be thicker. I think next time I will add sour cream on top with the bacon.

Vegetable Tostadas

My Husband and I thought it was very good. I would suggest cutting it first, then layer with toppings. But other than that, it was very yummy :)

California Chicken

I really loved this recipe! My husband has asked me to make this at least once a week. It is so fast and easy to make. The only thing different I did was used lots of garlic while grilling the chicken. Other than that it was amazing, served with green beans and yellow rice on the side. Delicious!

Smoky Southwest Chicken and Wild Rice Soup

I loved it! The only change I made, I used fresh veggies instead of can. It takes a little longer to cook but I thought it was worth it. Overall very simple dish to make!

2-Bean Chili

My husband and I loved it. I added more chili powder and some hot sauce for a little bit more kick. And I like my chili thicker so I crushed up some saltine crackers. Other than that it was great and made awesome left overs.

1-Dish Pepperoni Cheese Pizza Bake

It was OK. The dough didn't turn out right for me. The top turned out great but the bottom didn't cook through so it came out doughy. But it was very easy and fast to make.
