My girls call me Chef Char Char; I am not professionally trained at all, I know what I learned from my family. My Grandmother had her own restaurant and my Dad and uncles worked there when I was a kid. I am professionally a Licensed US Customs Broker. But I work part time as a line cook. I just love to cook!

I love to make Sauce, Bracoloe, sausage... Anything i can put in my sauce... My favorite dish though, Veal Bracolatini, the tender veal, the Procuitto, the fresh Mozzarellla all stuffed inside the tender veal…My mouth waters thinking about it.
