I am a 30 something male who loves to eat and cook. I particularly like cooking for my family. And love to try new things. I travel to China often and have tried everything from scorpions and insect larvae to dog(do not knock it till ya try it it is delicious if prepared correctly.)I will try anything once

Carnitas Filling
This is a great base recipe. I would give it 5 stars but I made too many adjustments. But when I got done the broth was so good my wife and 3 yr old daughter drank about 2 cups of it waiting for the meat to cool enough to shred. I cannot wait to use the broth for a soup.

Cajun Roasted Pork Loin
Good Stuff. I just doubled the recipe for spices and grilled some potatoes on the grill to go with it. Everyone loved it.

Sunday Gumbo
Fantastic!!! If I could give more stars I would. All I can say is to make a double batch. I did and it is going fast!
