Broiled Tilapia Parmesan

Reviewed: Jan. 15, 2012
Great recipe, I only made 4 frozen tilapia so I cut the ingredients to 2 tblsp of mayonnaise and I used Tony's, cayenne, lemon pepper and garlic powder but followed everything else exact. Will definitely make many more times.

Baked Sweet Potato Sticks

Reviewed: Oct. 31, 2009
This was a great recipe! My 3 yr old and me ate the whole plate in about 10 minutes so I had to make another so we can snack on them during the week. I microwaved 2 large sweet potatoes then peeled them and sliced them so they were round. I lined my baking pan with aluminum foil and added olive oil, tony's seasoning, and garlic powder. I laid the slices down on the mixture and stirred them around until they were coated. I cooked them for 10 mins on 350 then turned and cooked another 10 minutes. Wonderful and healthy recipe. Thanks!

Slow Cooker BBQ Pork Chops

Reviewed: Feb. 6, 2008
This was a great recipe but mine came out more for a party appetizer rather than a meal. I was going to a party that night anyway so I took it and people said how delicious it was with crackers. It was just too heavy for a meal for my family, but certainly a great appetizer! Changes that I made that might have effected the results are: I added 1/4 cup of italian dressing and 2 tsp brown sugar, and only had 6 pork chops.

Shrimp with Lobster Sauce

Reviewed: Feb. 28, 2007
This is a great recipe. I altered a little though. I took the suggetion of a couple of the other reviews and used Chicken broth instead of water and it came out more soupy which is what i wanted. I used 2 lbs of shrimp b/c that's what i had and I sauteed 1/2 container of onion, green onion mix, added 1/2 chopped bellpepper and garlicthen added the shrimp when this was 1/2 way done. I kept all the other ingredients except I eliminated the pork and sugar.

Chicken Tortilla Soup V

Reviewed: Feb. 15, 2007
I thought this recipe was good but I also made some adjustments as some other reviewers. I cooked the chicken in water and a little oil until completely done and then cooled and shredded. In another skillet, saute onion, green onion, and cilantro (I buy this as a mix already cut up in the grocery store). Add the spices, then the chicken. Move all of it to a stockpot and pour in 2 boxes of chicken broth, 1 can of corn, 1 jar of salsa, couple of dashes of hot sauce, and a few squirts of lemon and lime juices. Place tortilla chips in bottom of bowl, pour soup and top with taco cheese and sharp cheddar cheese. Makes an excellent dish!
