Shrimp Scampi III
GREAT recipe! I did leave the minced garlic in the sautee pan with the shrimp though. The white wine really makes it. I only had to use about 1/4 cup breadcrumbs to get a good thickness. And I added salt and pepper on the shrimp. I also added chopped parsley. We loved it!

Judy's Strawberry Pretzel Salad
Every single person at my work came up to me to tell me how great this dish was! They begged for the recipe. I made it again at home and my husband ate the whole pan. I used sliced strawberries (in a tub in the frozen section) instead. My only complaint-and its not really a complaint- is that the crust gets so incredibly hard that you need a chisel to get it out of the pan. :-)

Pecan Pie Tarts
I made these, but I only used the filling part. For the crust, I just used a store-bought roll of pastry dough. I used the opening of a drinking glass to cut small rounds. I pressed them into a cupcake pan. Same baking temp, same baking time. The filling was great. These are so gooey and yummy! Great!
