Buckeye Balls

These are delicious! Instead of dipping I spooned the chocolate over top of pb balls. They turned out to be more 'acorn' than 'buckeye' but they were awesome.

Buckeyes I

This one is awesome. I struggle with melting chocolate chips so I just spooned/drizzled melted chips on top of pb balls. This was a hit at Christmas!!
