Irish Cream Bundt Cake

I didn't try it but made 3 for offices that I visit and got RAVE reviews. I mean, for 5 days after people were calling to say how tasty it was and asking for the recipe. I did up the Baileys a bit, but other than that, no changes. Thanks for the hit!

Beth's Spicy Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

Very tasty. Added an extra 1/4 cup of flour to make sure I didn't have a problem with spreading (used all butter, no shortening) and had no issues. Also added walnuts for some crunch. Yum!

Braised Balsamic Chicken

Absolutely delish! I don't like mushrooms, so I didn't add those but didn't change a thing to the recipe and it was amazing! Loved the reduction sauce and the chicken was cooked perfect. Great job!

Double Tomato Bruschetta

I cut up fresh mozz. and added it to the bruschetta mix and let that sit for about 2 hours. Doubled the balsamic for a kick. Amazing! My guests were thrilled. The Fresh Mozz got just melty enough under the broiler. Very tasty!

Deb's Scallops Florentine

I don't know what happened with the sauce, but after I added the 1/2 and 1/2 then the cheese, it turned into a gloppy, pasty, tasteless mess. I cook a LOT and couldn't even rescue this. After deciding weather to try my hand at another sauce or bag it and go to a different recipe, I tossed everything in the trash and did a basic Scampi. In theory, it sounded good (sans mozzerella). In reality, that sauce was going to ruin my scallops!

Awesome Baked Sea Scallops

I wasn't too hot on this recipe, but my guests liked it. I thought the bread crumbs were an overload, needed just a handful. I didn't even use 1/2 of what was called for. But overall, a tasty dish. I had planned on another recipe for scallops but after having a "sauce" issue this was my backup and it did the trick!

Cream of Broccoli Soup I

I exchanged the bullion cubes & h20 for broth and could really tase the chicken broth base. I wasn't super impressed, but that was my fault. It needed something, I just can't put my finger on it.

Yum! I cut down on the butter a tad, but remember, that's what holds the peanut butter part together! Don't cut down too much like I did the 2nd time!

Got lots of groans when I said "Beergaritas" but once everyone tasted them I got apologies! They were gone in a flash! Used Corona Light and left out the h20. Great recipe!

Spinach Brownies

5 Star Plus! Added parmesean cheese, some red pepper flakes and some spices to jazz it up but they were a hit! Someone said they tasted fancy because I cut them into Triangles LOL! I called them spinach bars, brownies just don't sound good! But phenomenal!

Southwestern Black Bean Stew

Very delish! I use a jar of salsa in place of the tomato paste and jazz it up a bit with some spices but it's a great, quick dinner. I do not use a slow cooker, too much hassle for 20 minutes! All in 1 pot!
