Baked Kale Chips
Yummy !!!! I have had Kale chips made in a dehydrator and loved them, so I decided I was going to try to make my own at home. I am so glad I found this recipe! These chips taste just like the ones made in the dehydrator - yet took 1/4 of the time to make! I used garlic salt on my first batch, and will use Chili Lime popcorn seasoning for my next batch. Cant wait !

Octoberfest German Potato Salad
This was the first potato salad that I made, and it was great. Made for an Octoberfest party at a friends house, and this was the first dish to go.

Black Forest Cake II
The cake it self was great, unfortunately the icing wasnt. There was no direction to add the chocolate. I improvised and used a Betty Crocker Chocolate icing, and got rave reviews on the cake.
