Country Cinnamon Swirl Bread

Made exactly, came out perfectly. The only thing: double the recipe and make two loafs! Also actually, it might be a good idea to try this as muffins to reduce baking time.

Baked Teriyaki Chicken

Made it exactly as is, with the exception of the amount of chicken simply because all I had was 1kg, in result there was more sauce. But this was delicious!! So perfect and so easy!! New fave!

Homemade Mac and Cheese

I added evaporated milk and a pinch of mustard powder as suggested, cuz it was my first and I really wanted to get it right, but it was bland... :( so creamy and beautiful, but frankly, the stuff that comes in a box is better.

Didn't care for this. Thought it was bland and added Parmesan... Um, too much going on with vegetables and not enough sauce. Its edible, but still disappointing, given all the work julianning the zucchini and all...

Microwave Lemon Curd

Well, I have never had lemon curd before, but had to try because it seamed interesting and more importantly so easy to make. It cooked in exact 6 minutes. I whisked mine instead of just stirring to avoid lumps. Its really zesty! I don't know if the family will enjoy, but it seamed to go perfectly and I believe that is how its supposed to taste....

Simple BBQ Ribs

Awesome! But look, I did make mine a little bit differently. I added a little bit of lemon vinegar to the water(I didn't have apple cider, apple vinegar... nothin like that). And after a cooked 'em, I used the airfryer to sort of grill them, and caramelize the bbq sauce. Not dry at all! I cooked them in water until it was almost tender, with a little room to cook with the bbq sauce.

Oriental Shrimp Noodle Soup

Well, I couldn't fine rice vermicelli, so I used glass noodles, the problem was that you can't really break them. They all entangled together making the soup hard to eat. So you might not wanna do that, or you'll loose points in presentation. But the taste was wonderful. Thank you Lindsay.
