Baby Back Ribs
Finally I found a reciepe that is easy but makes wonderful ribs! I did not use a rub like other reviewers but only bottled BBQ sauce. We like Bull's Eye Original. I cooked the ribs at 275 for about 3 hours. When I toook the ribs out of the foil, I was careful not to spill out the watery, greasey liquid. It was thrown out with the foil. I put the ribs in a baking pan sprayed with Pam. I spread a little more sauce on the ribs and put them under the broiler for 5 minutes or so. They were perfect!
