I love this recipe! Two ingredients. And it works like a charm. Delicious, delicious, delicious. This is one of those foundations for a great dish on which you can build. You don't have to be an experienced cook. Just cook this once and you'll love it. Next time, try any of the dozen suggestions you'll find in the reviews. Or make up your own. It's fun. It's easy. And it tastes great. My own favorite tweaks: Tweak 1) Instead of sauce, I use the dry rub from Cathy M's review. 1/4c. brown sugar, 1 1/2 Tbsp. paprika, 1 Tbsp. kosher salt, 1 1/2 Tbsp. black pepper, 1 tsp. garlic powder, 1 tsp. onion powder, 1/4-1/2 tsp. cayenne red pepper. Makes enough for three racks, if you need to stretch that far. Favorite Tweak 2) When you have completed the recipe, douse it with sauce and place it under the oven broiler, uncovered for 7-10 minutes. It's still easy. And it tastes even better.

Banana Banana Bread

I didn't measure anything, just threw it all in the bowl and whupped it around. It came out delicious. Moister than the photo seems to indicate. Heavy. I like it a lot. A very useful recipe.

Rice Casserole

I didn't have any green onions, so I threw in fresh chives. And I had lots of cheddar cheese and no sour cream. And we don't like rice so I... am just kidding. It cracks me up, how we all fiddle with recipes. I did fiddle with this one to suit my pantry. It was easy. It was delicious. This is a very forgiving recipe. I'm keeping it.

Baked Potato Skins

Look through the directions beforehand. This recipe takes more than 20 minutes to prepare. But, oh my gosh, they're delicious. Our vegetarian guest approved the bacon-less version.

Southern Peach Cobbler

THIS is now my peach cobbler recipe. I love cobbler with a pie crust, but this is so easy, AND it's actually more delicious! I scaled it up for 40 servings and baked it ahead (it takes longer in a bigger dish), taking it out when it was baked but not brown. Then I browned it during dinner and served it hot. Four guests argued over who got to lick the pan. There's no need for ice cream with this stuff. It's too delicious to hide.
