Baby Back Ribs
I love this recipe! Two ingredients. And it works like a charm. Delicious, delicious, delicious.
This is one of those foundations for a great dish on which you can build. You don't have to be an experienced cook. Just cook this once and you'll love it. Next time, try any of the dozen suggestions you'll find in the reviews. Or make up your own. It's fun. It's easy. And it tastes great.
My own favorite tweaks: Tweak 1) Instead of sauce, I use the dry rub from Cathy M's review. 1/4c. brown sugar, 1 1/2 Tbsp. paprika, 1 Tbsp. kosher salt, 1 1/2 Tbsp. black pepper, 1 tsp. garlic powder, 1 tsp. onion powder, 1/4-1/2 tsp. cayenne red pepper. Makes enough for three racks, if you need to stretch that far.
Favorite Tweak 2) When you have completed the recipe, douse it with sauce and place it under the oven broiler, uncovered for 7-10 minutes. It's still easy. And it tastes even better.
