Gourmet Mushroom Risotto

This was my first time making Rosotti and after watching all the Food shows about how hard it was, I approached it with trepidation. However, it wasn't difficult and it was quite good. I can see infinite variations and see no reason to be afraid. Clearly the time is dependent on keeping your chicken broth at the correct temperature. I made as directed and will do so again and again. Thanks for this recipe.

Southern Pimento Cheese

My pimento cheese was similar and my granddaughter calls it "hot cheese", however, this recipe really kicked it up a notch and without a doubt the best I have ever eaten.

Corn on the Grill

We grilled the corn last night in the husk after soaking them and it was fabulous. Didn't have the lime but did everything else the same. My 88 yr old mother who has dementia couldn't stop talking about how good it was and she never comments on food. Great recipe will definitely do it again and again.

Seared Tuna with Wasabi-Butter Sauce

I found the sauce bland. I Had made a Buerre blanc a couple of nights before and this sauce is similar. However, I couldn't taste the Wasabe in it at all overall it was just bland.
