McCormick(R) White Chicken Chili
Tomatoes cause me to have migraines, so I LOVE this alternative chili. I use a carton of chicken broth and 3 cans of the Great Northern Beans, plus extra chicken to make enough for 2 nights of dinners. It is a little spicy, so be prepared!

Red River Beef Stroganoff
Very good. I used fresh mushroom, beef stew chunks and added red wine. Served it on egg noodles the first night and over rice the second. Great both times! Wonderful winter comfort food!

Magic Cookie Bars II
I make these with peanut butter chips instead of the butterscotch, and no coconut. VERY sweet, and so easy to make, it is a good cooking project for elementary school age kids. These are always a big hit, and don't last long at all.
