Wonderful! I made this as is - but added 3 oz of cream cheese, 1 sauted bell pepper & 2 cloves of garlic to the chicken mix. I also used the entire jar of green chilies and 2 cups of cheese. It was so good!!!!

Cottage Cheese Chicken Enchiladas

Easy to make and delicious. The only change I would make is to either add a second can of enchilada sauce or a can of diced tomatos. Only one 10 oz can of sauce dosn't cover all the enchiladas. I have also tried this with left over taco meat & it turned out well!

After-Thanksgiving Turkey Soup

Very good. This was my first time making soup from a carcass and it was very easy to make! I made the exact recipe with out any changes. It was very rich & creamy. Will make again!

Best Tuna Casserole

This was good, easy, comfort food - but I did have to make a few minor adjustments. I had to add one can of cheese soup and a cup of milk, otherwise it would have been too dry. I also added some season salt and garlic. It probably could have used another small can of tuna...

Lazy Lasagna II

Easy and good! My daughter liked it better than regular lasagna! I did add 8oz mushrooms, 2 cloves of garlic, and a little parsley. I only had 1lb of ground beef and 1 package of frozen ravioli - so that was all I used and it turned out great. One tip - I checked it after about 45 min and it was starting to burn a little. So depending on your oven you may not want to cook for a full hour : )

Grandpa Gunn's Raw Veggie Dip

Good, easy to make. I had all the ingredients at home - so no need to run to the store! The only thing I did diffrent was to double the itailan salad dressing mix (after reading other users comments). I brought this to a baby shower and there were no leftovers!

Chicken Casserole

Very good and very easy to make. I did make more of the topping to cover the entire casserole. I also added 2 cloves of garlic. This is a great recipe for left over chicken!
