Flourless Peanut Butter Cookies

Delicious! Made these for a friend who can't eat flour and she loved it! All my other friends who didn't have gluten allergies loved it too!

Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Muffins

Delicious! Perfect for little kids. I made this for my son's preschool class and the kids thought they were the best. I did end up doubling the spices as suggested by the other reviewers. Next time I think I will cut the sugar to just a 1/2 cup to lesson the sweetness.

Baby Back Ribs

DELICIOUS! My whole family including my 23 month old son devoured this. It was so soft and yet so flavorful. I ended up using Jack Daniel's Hickory Brown Sugar BBQ sauce and it was perfect. This recipe is definitely a keeper. Next time I will try either broiling or grilling them at the end, as others have done.
