Carrot Burgers

Taste-wise these are definitely a five, however, I have the hardest time making them stick together. I've made them twice now. The first time I used shredded carrots, didn't follow the directions properly, as I was in a hurry, and didn't boil them. The second time I made them I followed the directions to a T, and *still* the patties did not stick together. I am open for suggestions because they are SOOOOO delicious and would really like to add them to my regular rotation. Thanks in advance :)

Spaghetti Carbonara II

This is what's for dinner tomorrow ;) This is sooooo good; perfect! Deliciously creamy. Flavorful. Easy. I listened to a reviewer and combined the eggs and the parmesan cheeses together then tossed them in the pasta and it turned out wonderful...other than that followed the recipe verbatim. Awesome!
