About this Cook
My favorite things to cook
Italian. I also like to cook things that seem complicated. Gives me bit of a challenge! I love it!
My favorite family cooking traditions
Stuffing in a turkey. Fried leftovers.
My cooking triumphs
Baking. I couldn't bake until about 2 months ago. And still am learning that aspect. But I still consider it a triumph.
My cooking tragedies
OH mY!!! I remember the first time I made a stroganoff. It was HORRIBLE. We had company over and it tasted like straight sour cream. Never did that again.

Slow Cooker Chicken and Dumplings
I used chicken broth, parsley to cover, extra pepper, basil to cover, can cream o' mushroom soup, can of cream of chicken soup, corn and peas. It was amazing!!! The very first taste was bland but the second bite the spices began to set SO well togther it was GONE!!!

Sweet, Sticky and Spicy Chicken
Sauce was awesome. I automatically made it the way rebecca stated by dredging chicken in flour and it came out PERFECTLY AMAZING!! We really enjoyed this one. Thank you for sharing.
