Greek Chicken Pasta

Reviewed: Jul. 2, 2011
ABSOLUTELY THE BEST!! Light taste but very filling, wanted seconds but was too full!! The whole family loved it. I did use slightly less oregano and used regular canned aritchoke hearts because thats all I had. I had to double the recipe to feed my family of 6 plus a guest we had in town. But have a little left over. Will become a regular favorite in our home!!! Thanks or sharing!!

Zesty Slow Cooker Chicken Barbecue

Reviewed: Jan. 8, 2010
very yummy! I used 3 frozen chicken breast in a regualr package, then 3 of the individually frozen chicken breast. The ones in the regualr packaging were must more moist... I also used Zesty Italian dressing since thats all I had on hand. Turned out great, even my pickiest eaters had seconds!!

Spicy Mango Sweet Potato Chicken

Reviewed: Jan. 8, 2010
this was so so. One of my daughters loved it, the other ate it, and the boys wouldn't touch it. It wasn't my favorite but not my worst either. To be fair, I was distracted while cooking and I cooked the potatoes too long, making them less firm and less eye appealing. I'm going to try this again when it's not a work/school night and the kids are outside playing instead of under my feet.

Brown Sugar Meatloaf

Reviewed: Jan. 8, 2010
Simply the Best! I took the advice of others and used slightly less brown sugar. I put the sauce mixture on top instead of the bottom and reserved a little to add more the last 15 min of baking. Makes great leftovers too! Thanks for sharing this one!

A Good Easy Garlic Chicken

Reviewed: Apr. 10, 2009
Mom Friendly + Kid Friendly= Yummy! I have large family so I didn't bother measuring because we like all the ingredients anyway. I just made sure I used more garlic powder than the rest of the spices. Served the classic southern meal of mashed potatoes and fresh green beans for a comfort food kinda night!

Delicious Ham and Potato Soup

Reviewed: Mar. 31, 2009
At first bite I thought, "This tastes like it just came from a great restaurant!"! However, the more I ate the better it tasted!!! I've NEVER tasted a better potato soup! You would think it was complicated to make, wrong, it was fairly easy. I'm so impressed and will be making this one over and over! I did add about 1 1/4 more cups of water, 3T more of butter and 1 more cup of milk just because the water didn't cover the potatoes completely so I wanted to be sure the flavor wasn't watery. My kids loved it too!! Thank you!

Baked Potato Soup

Reviewed: Jan. 10, 2009
Kids loved it! Easy to make. I browned the bacon, then threw the reserves into the crockpot along with everything else. Cooked for 6 hours. I used whole milk because I didn't have half-n-half. I like thicker potato soup so I had to add more flour until I achieved the desired thickness. This will become a family favorite but next time I will cook the cubed potatoes for about 15 minutes before I add them or I will let it cook in crockpot longer.
