Chocolate-Hazelnut Spread Cookies
Cookies turned out delicious! I used 1/4 Egg Beaters instead of egg, since that is what I had available. I was concerned that I'd lose too much Nutella in the transfer if a I measured; so, I used a full 13 oz. jar. After reading the reviews recommending adding cinnamon, I decided to add a tablespoon of cinnamon. Finally, I added a cup of Reese's Peanut Butter Chips. I rolled the mix into balls and flattened slightly. I cooked them for 10 minutes, since my oven tends to cook on the slower side. Perfect amount of spread. Great texture. I will make this recipe of many special occasions in the future!!! Thanks for sharing it!!!

Sweet Corn Tomalito
This is a DANGEROUS recipe. I followed the directions exactly and my Pyrex 8x8 in pan shifted, fell in the water, destroyed the recipe, and destroyed other recipes I had cooking on the stove at the same time, not to mention burning me. I have made similar recipes in the oven and did not notice this was a no-bake.

Apple Brownies
Awesome! These are easy and delicious. I used gala apples. I lightened the recipe a bit by doing the following: -used light butter instead of regular. -used Splenda instead of sugar. -used 1/4 of Egg Beaters instead of the egg. These subs were not noticeable in texture or taste. I didn't think the walnut flavor was very strong. Next time I will make these a bit more calorie friendly by using fat free margarine and eliminating the walnuts. Thanks for sharing this great recipe!!!
