Easy Italian Herb Focaccia

This is a household favorite, I always keep these ingredients on hand! I put minced garlic and herbs in the dough as well as on top of the bread, and serve it with extra virgin olive oil, minced garlic, Italian herbs and Parmesan cheese. It's great as an appetizer, and also for a snack when guests come over! So yummy, and so easy.

Taco Seasoning I

Really, really excellent. I didn't have any onion powder, so I chopped one medium yellow onion and cooked it with the ground beef. Tasted great!

Parmesan Fondue

not too impressed, especially after reading some of these reviews. Extremely rich, but not much else going on flavor wise. I tried adding more garlic, then basil and oregano, finally bacon bits, the bacon was good but the last thing this recipe needs is more fat. It was better with veggies than bread. It might make a decent pasta sauce, but it's not as good as alfredo.

Pollo Fajitas

I had my heart set on fajitas tonight but I was out of the standard Old El Paso seasoning, so I tried this- delicious! What a unique taste. The chicken and veggies would probably taste great over rice as well. The color of the marinated chicken makes it more difficult to see when it's done. Be sure to cut uniform slices thin enough that you can be certain they cook all the way through. I ended up using almost double the amount of sauce the recipe called for. I used garlic salt instead of minced garlic, and since I didn't have hot sauce I added more chili powder and ground cayenne for an extra kick. Personally, I like my veggies cooked more than the final result of this recipe. I ended up picking out the chicken and letting the veggies simmer an extra 5+ minutes. Next time (there will definitely be a next time!) I'll set some sauce aside and start cooking the veggies before the chicken.
