I basically halved the recipe. I also substituted 1.25 cups of brown sugar, added 1tsp vanilla extract, 1tsp ground cinnamon.I used 1.25 tsp of baking powder since it did not rise the last time I tried it. I used chopped almonds instead since thats the preferred nut in the house. I made one loaf which I baked for 35 mins.
