Chicken Cordon Bleu I
I did NOT find this bland at all? The ham really gives it flavor. I use Italian seasoned breadcrumbs. It is really a quick and yummy dish; once you pound the chicken the rest of the recipe is a breeze. Occasionaly, I need something different than our regular meals and this is one I definetly pick!! Whole family loves it.
