Roasted Red Pepper Soup

Really tasty! Don't really care for mushrooms at my place so left them out- didn't miss them. This is good with or without tortellini.

Cincinnati Chili I

Excellent recipe. The taste is just right! I followed other reviewers' advice and added extra cinnamon- it really helped.

Some of the broccoli did come out a little brown, and the fish was a little burnt on the bottom. Other than that, excellent recipe- everything tasted great, and it was very easy to cook! Will definitely make again, with slightly shorter cooking time.

Mashed Potato Quesadilla

Followed recipe, except used smaller tortillas, and ended up with lots of extra filling that we used as a dip when we had guests over. They loved it! Also next time I'll use regular mashed potatoes instead of the garlic-flavored kind I had on hand at the time.

BLT Dip

Definitely should have put in the full pound of bacon. Six strips was just not enough! Followed other reviewers' suggestions about the tomato, to good effect. Next time will try using low-fat mayo and turkey bacon to cut back on the fat content. Also, will cut the tomato pieces smaller for ease of dipping. Still, it did taste exactly like a BLT, and my guests loved it!

Blushing Cranberry Pears

Spaghetti Carbonara II

My only real gripe with this recipe is probably my own fault- I didn't bother to measure the amount of olive oil, so I it came out too greasy for my taste. Also, next time I will use less onion, as otherwise that's the strongest flavor in the whole dish!
