Sesame Noodles

Wow this was delicious. I ate the noodles hot for dinner with chicken and stir fried veggies and again the next day cold for lunch and it was just as good! I used less sugar following others suggestions and this was just perfect!

Never Fail Biscuits

Never fail is right on the mark! I made biscuits for the first time and they were perfect, golden and delicious! I had to laugh as I realized that I had biscuits and water for breakfast and forgotten about the bacon and eggs.

Janet's Rich Banana Bread

This was an amazing recipe! I used a ricer on my bananas because I dont like the texture of banana so I wanted no lumps or chunks anywhere. Other than that I followed the recipe. I didnt have walnuts so I replaced them with chocolate chips and it was GREAT.

Cola Pork Chops

Chicken a la King I

I really enjoyed this recipe and so did my family. I didnt have pimento. I added some frozen veggie mix that had bell pepper, zucchini, onion and asparagus and it was really tasty. This recipe does not need a lot of work to make it taste good - I served it over biscuits and it was a winner!

Corn on the Grill

This was amazing! I removed the silk and soaked the corn before putting it on the fire. I grilled the corn and then put the butter mixture on after the corn was cooked as I was cooking on an open camping fire and didnt want any errors. This was so tasty that we ate all the corn and then put the remaining butter on some potatoes we also had - I will 100% keep making this recipe!

Chicken, Rice, and Green Bean Casserole

I gave this a 4 because I didnt cook the recipe as written. I followed the suggestions by other reviewers and used 1/2 cup of mayonnaise, added cheddar cheese on top and finished it with a can of fried onions during the lst 5 minutes of cooking to heat them through. The family and my boyfriend RAVED about this recipe, the next day the left overs were gone.

Succulent Pork Chops

I really enjoyed these - I thought they had incredible flavor, not too salty and not dry at all - I will make these all the time. I did these in the oven as suggested by the recipe but will also put them on the grill - I think they are amazing.

Pork Chops for the Slow Cooker

My boyfriend and I loved this recipe - I doubled the sauce to make sure I had enough to go on the rice. We like salty and this recipe is on the saltier side due to the soy sauce but it was delicious. I used a pork roast instead of pork chops

Korean BBQ Chicken Marinade

I thought this was great! I used brown sugar instead of white sugar but that was my only substitution. I grilled the chicken and it was tender and juicy I didnt think it was too salty at all.

Cajun Crawfish and Shrimp Etouffe

Outstanding recipe! I made this as the recipe stated except for the crawfish I couldnt get any in time to make this recipe so I used chicken insteead and the flavors in this dish are layered and fabulous. As others have done I did add Okra to the dish. Everyone at my party loved it!

Slow Cooker Marmalade Curry Chicken

This was beyond exceptional - I loved it! As other reviewers suggested I added a can of coconut milk an hour before it was finished cooking. The flavors in this dish are layered and complex and yet simple to prepare. I tasted every spice and nothing more prominent than the other, this was simply fabulous. I know I will make this again as we finished all of the chicken tonight and thats unusual for a first time dish.

Chicken Wild Rice Soup

I made this recipe and followed every single step. I didnt love it, there wasnt enough flavor for me. Its "good" but it had no WOW factor or anything that made me want to make this recipe again. Its missing a key spice that would make it taste exceptional.

Southern Grits Casserole

I made this recipe as written to serve 16 and I barely had a full spoon of left overs. I was feeding only 10 people and had 3 other large dishes just in case this one didnt workout. I prepared the recipe as listed and next time I will take the advice of other reviewers and half the amount of eggs from 12 to 6 a little too eggy for my liking. I also want to add something spicy like cayenne or red pepper flakes for a little heat. The GREAT part is that I was feeding a bunch of southern grits eaters and the dish was a huge hit at Easter Brunch. Old dogs can learn new tricks.

Microwavable Chocolate Fudge

This was the easiest fudge I have ever made, it was AWESOME!!! Wasnt too rich and wasnt too gooey. I added sliced almonds to give a little more of that rocky road feel to it. I couldnt stop eating it and I'm not a big fudge fan. This by far is the way to go for quick easy and to the point yummy goodness.

Peanut Butter Chocolate Pie

Very good pie - I used an oreo crust instead of graham cracker crust. You do get the true taste of peanut butter and chocolate together. I garnished with some grated chocolate and dry roasted peanuts.

Frosty Orange Pie

I made this pie for thanksgiving to offset the heaviness of all the other foods eaten today. This pie is light, flavorful and VERY easy to make I will make this a must have recipe. My entire family loved it from the young to the old. I didnt make any changes to the recipe and it was great as is. I would suggest some orange slices for garnish and maybe some whip cream but without it - we still loved it.
