Easy Whole Wheat Bread

I've made this twice now, first time, fluffy, next time very dense - don't know what I did different. Regardless, this is very good. Made a loaf yesterday, and my husband asked me to make another one tonight. Thanks for the great recipe

Butter Tarts

I had a problem with the batter, I couldn't spread it thin enough, so it was like a thin cake. Tasty, I'll have to give this another try

Neiman Marcus Chocolate Chip Cookie

I love the way the espresso made it taste. I only had instant coffee, but wow, I liked it. Next time it will be the espresso. Find too many chocolate chips - they were falling out everywhere :-)

Snickerdoodles I

Mine didn't turn out well at all. They were puffy but hard - not soft in the middle. Did I overcook? Who knows. I've used a different recipe before and they turned out wonderful. Try try again

Awesome. But I added more spices on my second batch because I added more cabbage, bringing it up to the recipe levels. Definitely will make again. Husband said they were delicious

Simple Whole Wheat Bread

Just made this recipe. Made 3 great loaves of bread. Have been looking for a good recipe for a while. Next time I'm going to make 1/3 of the recipe in my bread machine. Thanks for this recipe

Microwave Oven Peanut Brittle

This is the easiest recipe I've made. Microwave for 6 minutes, add butter, microwave for 2 more minutes. Add Baking Soda, stir in, pour onto a cookie sheet covered in parchment. Spread quickly - thinner than you think you want. Leave it for 15 minutes - I lifted out the parchment paper and placed it on a cold pack. Broke it into pieces and, viola, easy peasy Peanut Brittle. I only used a cup of salted roasted peanuts, and a 1/2 - 1/3 tsp of Baking Soda.
