Corn on the Grill

Reviewed: Nov. 29, 2012
It was awesome! I really liked my corn with this seasoning. I recommen though to brush the sauce on the corn, I kept pouring it and it almost tasted too salty. I bet if I had been brushing it the way the recipe says, it would have kept the corn juicy and with just the right amount of flavor, especially because on my grill it took longer to cook.

Herb Rubbed Sirloin Tip Roast

Reviewed: Feb. 12, 2013
Tasty but I used less salt because I didn't have Kosher salt. I used one teaspoon of salt and it was still a bit too salty.

Apple Pie by Grandma Ople

Reviewed: Sep. 14, 2012
It's not done yet, but so far it smells delicious, I even tasted a bit of the caramel and it was to die for. I have never tasted such a delicious juice for an apple pie, I am not a fan of apple pies, but after this... OMG!! Thank you for sharing it!

Murgh Makhani (Indian Butter Chicken)

Reviewed: Dec. 14, 2011
I loved it, especially because it leaves a spicy hot taste in the back of the throat. I changed the half and half for half of sour cream. I really liked it.

Easy Sugar Cookies

Reviewed: Dec. 5, 2012
I used whole wheat flour and margarine, the cookies didn't look like the ones on the picture, but they were tasty. The cracks didn't form maybe because of using different flour. I doubled the vanilla and noticed that the bigger I made the balls the softer they come out and last softer as well. ENJOY!

Spicy Beef Filet in Oyster Sauce

Loved how spicy it was and put more water to it at the end because we loved the sauce. The sugar made a huge difference, it was so tasteful.

French Toast Stars

Reviewed: Dec. 13, 2011
My husband loved them. I didn't like them so much but only because I switched to whole grain bread. Somehow the mixture didn't soak in that much and it ended up very separated from the bread. Maybe I did something wrong.

Ooey-Gooey Cinnamon Buns

Amazing! Skeptical at first because it seemed very complicated, too many steps, too many ingredients repeat, etc. But my husband and I made it together and it turned out to be fantastic! We loved it, he was amazed! Thank you for sharing these great recipes!

Chocolate Muck Muck Cake

Reviewed: Feb. 14, 2012
I tried several molten cake recipes, this is the first one that comes up exactly as I wanted it. Loved it! Thank you! I'd only suggest to use baking cups since it is still very liquid by the time you pull them out of the oven. You need to be very careful not to break the top when pulling them out.

Beef and Spinach Curry

Reviewed: Dec. 12, 2011
I loved it! The serrano pepper was too spicy though. I am mexican and serrano is known to be a hot chile, unless you taste it you will never know. I put one whole serrano and it was too hot for my american husband and for me. So I took it out and simmered it with potatoes to soothe the hotness. Everything was great in this recipe. Thank you for sharing wonderful ideas!I doubled the tomatoes and the coconut curry too. And I loved it!!

Curried Coconut Chicken

Reviewed: Dec. 5, 2011
Absolutely amazing, the best curry recipe I have made! I loved it and so did my husband. I would add less sugar next time or use fresh tomatoes. Somehow the canned tomatoes and paste bring more sweetness.

AMAZING!! I was very skeptical about these cookies, but they turned out amazing! It was hard to make the balls but if you try to minimize the contact surface is actually easier and faster.

I loved it. I have never ever made pumpkin cheesecake before, but after reading all your reviews I dared. I loved the flavor, even the texture. I love cheesecakes and the texture from this recipe was amazing. I couldn't find whipping cream though, but it seems like it didn't need it. I loved it!
