Roast Leg of Lamb with Rosemary
This is a fantastic recipe and really easy to make. I wasn't sure about the ingredients at first but wow, they tie together nicely. The only thing I did different was turn it all the way down to 350 after the initial 20 minutes at 450, and I cooked it a bit longer, I think about 90 minutes. It was perfectly medium rare. I gave this recipe 5 stars becuase my 4 year old fussy eater asked for seconds, which rarely happens, let alone with meat. What an awesome recipe!

Chinese Chicken Fried Rice II
This was a really great base to start with. Instead of butter and vegetable oil I used a little sesame oil and vegetable oil. I also sauteed 3 cloves of garlic and a while chopped onion before adding the chicken to cook. When the rice was almost done cooking i made a well and added 3 beat eggs and allowed them to cook that way. Over all it was good and my family loved it, they didn't know that I made it without using the fried rice season packet I usually use.

Easiest Slow Cooker French Dip
This was a very simple and yummy recipe. I did make a few changes though. 1) I added 2 TBSP of french onion soup to the Au Jus and 1/2 cup of regular beer ( nothing light ) in addition to the 1 cup of water. I also toasted the sandwich as a whole to get the cheese to melt a bit more. This recipe is easy and totally customizable. So thank you Todi for this recipe, it was yummy :)
