This is SOOOOO Good! I've made it numerous times for the Girl Friends and they rave about it. Plus it's cheaper than going to the chain :). I make it in the crockpot, leaving the spinach/cream out until the very end. 4 Hours on High or 6-7 Hours on Low. Very easy, great to make after a busy day!

Mike's Signature Pretzel Bread

This bread is AMAZING! I made it for the first time today, and it is very challenging to keep my hands off of it! Everything went together smoothly. The only thing I didn't do was put kosher salt on top. It tastes just fine without it! Thank you so much Kathleen! 5+ STARS!

Sand Tarts

These cookies are addicting. I'm serious - I make them And I can't take my hands off of 'em! I made them word for word several times, and they are wonderful. Next I'm going to try substiuting honey for sugar ........... 5+ Stars :) *******

Meatloaf with Italian Sausage

This is by far THE BEST MEATLOAF I HAVE EVER TASTED! Me and my father made it with my sister. We did a few things different: We laid raw bacon slices on top before baking, and added some steak seasonings (BAM!). This meatloaf is even better than My grandmother's :) and that is very hard to beat. six out of five stars :) Thanks! 5+ stars= *****+

Braided Egg Bread

Excellent Bread! The only different thing I did was leave out the poppy seeds. It was amazing with Thanksgiving dinner - Everyone loved it. However, this did take a long time to rise - but that may have been only because the chef put it in a cold place to rise (why?? I have no idea) but all things considered, it was very good. I will make this again, just for fun eats :) ***** 5 stars

Vanilla Crepes

Very Good; however, I would add more milk to make the consistancy more smooth/thinner. Also, adding apples fried in butter/sugar/cinnamon/nutmeg is a wonderful addition --- tastes just like an apple dumpling!

Microwave Caramel Popcorn

Wonderful and So VERY easy! I have always burned my carmel corn, but not this time. BUT as a side note, you do want to watch the heating time -- I think I cooked mine for 2.5 minutes the first time, 1.5 minutes second time, and about 1 minute the last time. And this stuff dries really REALLY quick, so soak your pans as soon as possible!

Pound Cake I

This cake was amazing! Def. a family favorite because it is so light and fluffy -- BUT you might need to bake it a little bit longer 'cause the middle of mine was barely cooked! But overall a wonderful find!

Wonderful! A minor note though is that Scoring your bread really makes a difference. I had never done it (scoring) before, and it was really easy, making my bread look like a master piece.
