Sweet Potato Gnocchi
I thought this was a wonderful recipe. I cut the recipe in half because I only had one sweet potato and used only one cup of flour. It made enough for a healthy portion/side dish with some pork chops I made. I also made a brown butter sauce with sage and then topped it off with some freshly grated parmesan cheese and it was really, incredibly good! Thanks for this recipe, it was easy to make and turned out wonderfully!

Chicken Wild Rice Soup I
This is an excellent soup, especially on a cold winter day. I took some hints from some of the other reviewers and used 8 cups of chicken broth. I used very low sodium and ended up needing to add more salt to taste. I also used more curry powder and pepper, as well a tablespoon more sherry. I think the curry and the sherry add to the wonderful taste and aroma of this great recipe.
