Cornish Game Hens with Garlic and Rosemary

Reviewed: Nov. 7, 2010
Love this recipe. I don't use the rosemary though, not my favorite. I use garlic instead. I also mix butter, garlic, salt, pepper, and a little lemon juice and stuff under the skin on both the upper and under sides of the hen. Delicious, thanks for sharing!

Double Tomato Bruschetta

Reviewed: Nov. 7, 2010
Absolutely the best bruschetta I have ever eaten. Served for a football party and everyone loved it. One man even was eating it with a spoon! I used the basil that comes in a tube and it worked out great! I also served with toasted bagette brushed with olive oil. Delicious, thanks for sharing!

Garlic Salmon

Reviewed: Apr. 16, 2009
Amazing recipe. I had never wrapped in aluminum foil and cooked in oven before. I will do this from now on anytime I cook salmon in the oven! It came out just right and SO moist. The flavor in this recipe was also just delicious. Thanks for the recipe.

Carol's Chicken Salad

Reviewed: Apr. 16, 2009
Delicious. I did make some adjustments though. First I doubled the recipe since making for the entire week. I salted and peppered 4 chicken breasts then cooked them in the oven for about 40 min or until done depending on the size. then after cutting that up I mixed the celery, onion, cheese, and all the spices together before adding the mayo. I did have to add more mayo then called for, not sure if that was because I used real chicken instead of canned. I found the onion to be a little overwhelming, probally won't add very much next time around. I also omitted the grapes and water chestnuts. Still delicious will make again.

Stuffed Shells III

great starter recipe. I added garlic powder and onion powder to the cheese mixture as suggested by another reviewer. I also added more sauce. all the shelled didn't fit in one 9 x 13 pan though. which is fine if you want to freeze a smaller pan for later. thanks for the recipe.

great recipe. I didn't use the mushrooms because I didn't have them on hand. I also found the gorg a little overwhelming at times next time I won't use as much.

Zucchini Parmesan

Reviewed: Feb. 4, 2009
Very good recipe. I took the advise of other reviewers and throw the zucchini in with the onions and garlic. I also used Prego Chunky garden sauce and it was not runny at all. In fact it was very thick and delicous! I made it for just me and my boyfiend and we almost it it all! Thanks for the recipe!

Slow Cooker Barbequed Pork for Sandwiches

Reviewed: Feb. 2, 2009
Made this for the Super Bowl and didn't have anything let over! Great recipe! I used 17th Street bbq sauce, they are 3 time grand champions for their ribs and pork! With the bbq sauce it almost tasted just like the real thing, AMAZING!

D's Famous Salsa

Reviewed: Feb. 2, 2009
I made this for the Super Bowl and got rave reviews for it! I made a double batch and it was almost all gone! Great recipe the only thing that I did different was drain the tomatos, (I like a thicker salsa not runny) didn't add the salt, and added about a teaspoon (remember double batch)of garlic powder. Amazing recipe thanks!

Shrimp Durango

Reviewed: Jan. 22, 2009
Very delicious! I added a little too much cayanne pepper but if that hadn't had been the case it would have been amazing! I also added about 4 garlic cloves when cooking the shrimp and left them in the pan while cooking down the liquid, great addition of flavor. Thanks for the recipe!

Simple Turkey Chili

Reviewed: Jan. 8, 2009
This was a very delicious healthy version of chili! I didn't find the spices to be just right though. I had to add quite a bit more chili powder and a pinch more cumin. It has a very nice kick to it. Thanks for the recipe
