Grilled Peaches and Cream
Peaches were heavenly! Had to whip my own filling because I could not find the ready-made cream cheese with honey and nuts. I want to make these every time we grill now, so good!

No Bake Chocolate Oat Bars
Instead of greasing the pan, I lined it with waxed paper. When cooled, you can lift the dessert out of the pan and cut it into bars without damaging your pan.
