These are better than Cinnabon. Double the brown sugar, cinnamon, and butter that you spread on the dough, and double the icing, for really gooey cinnamon rolls.
DO NOT mix the brown sugar, cinnamon and butter together and then spread on the dough as someone suggested. I tried this, and the brown sugar didn't caramelize; the caramelizing of the brown sugar is what makes them gooey. Spread the butter and then sprinkle the brown sugar and cinnamon mixture over it as the recipe says to.
Also, as another reviewer stated, flipping the rolls over after you take them out of the oven is another key to gooey cinnamon rolls.
