Fluffy Carrot Muffins with Cream Cheese Frosting

fluffy and light but I found they tasted too much of baking soda ( I didn't frost them so maybe that covers the strong baking soda taste). If I make again I will definitely reduce the b. soda. My kids won't eat them so I'll likely have to toss them

Baked Salmon Fillets Dijon

WOW This was the first time my kids (4 and 6) ever ate cooked salmon and liked it.....mind you for some reason they thought it was chicken but definitely asked me to make it again, I put more bread crumbs. My fussy husband loved it too

Pizza Dough III

made it with all purpose flour instead . the crust was too tender and not chew becasue of that. I don't know if thats what made the crust bland or not

Basic Flaky Pie Crust

turned out great, I used 2/3 veg shortening and 1/3 butter and kept the door refrigerated until it was rolled out . Really light and flakey

Juicy Roasted Chicken

made this tonight, and accidentally left it in the oven about another 15 minutes or so, then tented it anyway and it was still amazing. My meat/potato hubby, and all the kids agreed!

Mom's Baking Powder Biscuits

great! my husband loved them and he normally doesn't like any baking powder biscuits. I made them with butter. My sister said they were great and took home the leftover biscuits for her husband
