Spinach Quiche

Banana Bars

The bars were good, but the same as any banana bread recipe. The frosting was very salty. I would have omitted the salt.

Mostaccioli with Spinach and Feta

Excellent. Along with other viewers I also only used 4 oz. of feta and increased my cooking time to cook out some of the water. I also increased the garlic to 2 cloves. Delicious! Thanks.

Excellent. I omitted the raisins and put in chopped apple instead. I also decreased the sugar a little. You don't have to refrigerate overnight if you don't want to...sometimes I couldn't wait that long!

Dad's Double Whole Grain Pancakes

These pancakes are wonderful. They are very tender and light, which is rarely associated with whole wheat. They cook up thinner than a buttermilk pancake, so don't expect them to be thick and fluffy. They almost have a hint of french toast taste to them. Excellent.

Irresistible Irish Soda Bread

Very Good. This bread is a soft dough, so you must put it into a bread pan, unlike other soda breads that you can shape into a loaf. This as with all soda breads is a dense bread.

Zucchini Patties

Tasty! I omited the mozzerella cheese and these were still very good. I liked the suggestion of draining the zucchini. I think these would be a great breakfast alternative!
