Fruit Dip VI

AWESOME! My friend made this recipe several times they are soooo good. I wanted to try something different when I made them so I changed them into "Pizza Cups" followed the recipe except I using ranch instead of mayo, pepperoni instead of bacon, and Mozzarella cheese instead of Swiss. LOVED IT!!!!

Jalapeno Popper Spread

OUTSTANDING!!! I've made this several times and with several different cheeses now... the best way I've had it is using fresh Parmigiano/Reggiano mix and bake for sure with the Panko topping. I've made it with Monterey Jack Cheese and only mild chilies, it was very bland but if you're in a pinch it works. I found that hot sauce helped give it a little more of a controlled kick if your worried about the spiciness. ***Update*** Kraft now makes a grated Parmigiano/Reggiano mix that works really well in this.

Very Fruity Rum Punch

FANTASTIC! Everyone at my pirate themed party loved this punch and we had to go to the store to make more!!!! I bought the wrong sized frozen concentrate, 12oz instead of 6oz so I doubled the recipe but I'm really glad I did because we drank this up very quickly. From reading previous comments, I added both regular spiced Rum (Captain Morgan) and coconut Rum (Malibu), skipped the banana liqueur, and mixed the juices together with lemon-lime soda instead of water. Even my friends that aren't big fans of alcohol loved this recipe!

Buffalo Chicken Dip

I followed some of the suggestions of others by using chicken breasts and blue cheese dressing. I couldn't find the type of buffalo sauce the recipe called for, just used what was at my grocery store but it was SPICY!! So I added 1/2 cup more cheese and 2 to 3 tbsp BBQ sauce. Mixed everything together and baked in a casserole dish at 350 for 20-25 mins (baking is a must, I tried to microwave it...was gross). Served with Frito's Scoops. THIS WAS A HUGE HIT AT THE PARTY!!!
