Zucchini Bread IV

I have made this recipe twice now and both times it came out wonderful! Like some others, I used the crumb topping on my first batch and it was amazing! The second batch I made them into muffins with no topping and I still loved it! My husband loves them too. I opted to use 1/2 cup of oil and 1/2 cup of applesauce instead of the full cup of oil. Very moist! I will be making this again and again. Thanks!

Pineapple Chicken

This was quite good, but I did find it a bit runny. Next time I will add some corn starch or four to the sauce to let it thicken before I top the rice, then it will be great!

Cocktail Meatballs

Great recipe! I did add soy sauce and parm. cheese as suggested by others and they were a hit at our get together. The sauce is sweet and tangy. Thanks!

Banana Muffins II

These are quite tasty! I only had 2 bananas so I tweaked the amount of ingredients as follows:1 cup flour 3/4 teaspoon baking powder and soda, 1/4 teaspoon salt, 2 bananas, 1 egg, 1/2 cup sugar and 3 tablespoons butter. They turned out light and fluffy. I also did not mash the bananas as much to leave chunks in the muffins. I will be making these again! Thanks!!

Pork Chops in Beer

Buttermilk Scones

This is a great base recipe. So many possibilities. I just made my first batch with 3/4 cup raisins, 1/3 cup chopped walnuts and the zest and juice of 1 orange. The dough became a sticky blob. Whoops. So I added another 1/3 cup of flour to make it a dough again. Saved! I then rubbed the orange halves on the tops of the scones and sprinkled with sugar. They came out great! Thanks!
