this recipe is excellent! i followed the advice of other reviewers to make it even better... i added the 1/4 cup of worcheshire sauce to the meat, used brown gravy mix w/ 1 cup of water instead of the beef broth and used frozen peas and carrots. this will definitely be part of my dinner rotation!

Pumpkin Brownies

i substituted 1/2 cup of vegetable oil for the butter (i can't have dairy) and used a mini muffin pan for bite sized brownies. these baked up perfectly in 20 min. i will definitely be making these again soon!!!

Slow Cooker Corned Beef and Cabbage

i made this for the first time on st. patrick's day for my husband. he absolutely loved it! i made a few small changes - i used frozen baby carrots (whole) and just water (no beer). i placed it on low for 10 hours and added the cabbage when i got home. this was fantastic!

Penne with Chicken and Asparagus

this was absolutely delicious and easy! i sauteed some mushrooms in the olive oil after i browned the chicken and then left them in the broth while steaming the broccoli. fantastic and light!!!

Crispy Rosemary Chicken and Fries

i followed this recipe exactly as it was written and it was FANTASTIC!!! we basted about 10-15 minutes before we took the chicken out of the oven. the skin was crispy and the chicken was moist and delicious. will definitley make this again soon!!!

Easy Meatloaf

i followed the ingredients exactly as they were written and this was FANTASTIC! my meatloaf took about 20 minutes longer to cook than the recipe called for and i let it sit a bit before cutting it. it was moist and delicious.

this was excellent! i followed some of the suggestions of other reviewers. first, i doubled the sauce. second, i used fresh shrimp and sauteed them with the garlic and green onions to cook them. i'll definitely make this again!

Maryland Crab Soup

this was excellent and VERY EASY!!! we doubled the old bay since we like a little more spice. we also let the veggies simmer and soften up a bit before adding the crab. awesome recipe for a cold day!

So quick and delicious!!!! Tastes like you've been working hard in the kitchen for hours!!! I couldn't find the basil so I used herbes de provence and it was exceptional :)
