These things are addictive! I made one small change, I cut the stem end off the pepper and cleaned out the inside, this allowed the cheese to stay put better. Also lay slice of bacon over the top of pepper and secure with a toothpick.

Cookie Balls

Bad name for a great recipe. I made these for my mother-in-law who is going thru chemo treatments, she loves oreos, they were a huge hit. I also made some using nutter butter cookies, dipped in milk chocolate. great recipe for any cookie, candy combo you wanted to try. 3 ingredients and fail proof.

Unbaked Meringue

Just made this meringue to top my lemon pies after TWO failed prior attempts. Love, love, love it! It was easy, fast, and turned out lovely, shiney, nice peaks and it's not too sweet. I even browned it after for color, this will be my go to recipe for meringue from now on!
