Eggplant Parmesan II
This is a keeper. I added some browned sausage. Followed all of the rest of the directions exactly. The whole family loved it including my son who turned his nose up when I said we were having eggplant for dinner.

Cranberry Swirl Coffee Cake
Next time I would add some orange flavor/zest. Otherwise very good. Nice and moist. Baked it at 350
